You have the right to return the product you received within 10 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline. For returns within Greece (as in the case of change) you will be charged the amount of 5 euros. For returns from abroad, the shipping costs of all routes are borne by the person making the return. It is noted that in case a refund is requested to a bank outside Greece, the final amount returned to the customer is calculated based on the value of the product at the date of purchase, minus shipping costs and transfer costs to a foreign bank (indicatively € 11 to an Bank within the EU). In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means: They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box or jelly) To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered. If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return. The following products are not returned: Underwear, accessories. The return process is simple and is always done after contacting our company (by phone or via e-mail). You can make your return with any courier company at your own risk and charge. For your convenience, we give you the opportunity to make your return with the courier company that we work with at the recipient’s expense. It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge listed above. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the difference that arises. Refunds for the above case are not made. 

Return of Defective Products. 

In case that with proven fault of products of defective quality were sent or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, with poor packaging then assumes the responsibility of replacement, the cost of return as well as the shipping costs. In order to find out that the product is defective you should send us an email with photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, the shipping costs are borne by you and in addition the company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
